CEO of Novomatic Harald Neumann Resigns

In 2014, Harald Neumann had started his role as CEO with Novomatic AG, one of the largest gaming technology companies in the world. Neumann had been the company CEO for 6 years. Although he resigned, Neumann has said that he will continue on to have a supervisory board duty and will assist in advising the company on international projects. Ryszard Presch and Johannes Gratzl will take over the board duties previously held by Neumann.

Novomatic Chairman Dr Bernd Oswald said : “On behalf of company founder Prof. Johann Graf and the supervisory board of NOVOMATIC AG, I would like to thank Harald for his great commitment as chairman of the management board over the past six years”. He also added to say that Harald made some serious change to the successful expansion of the group and that his personal wish to resign from his position at the end of the month was granted with regret.

In its recent full-year results reported ending April 2019, Novomatic has confirmed a 10% year-on-year rise in revenue for its 2018 fiscal year, to €2.6bn ($2.9bn).
